account "opposition" in vae victis

What do the % called "opposition" under the number of each chief of faction on the senate screen mean ? and how interact whith them to raise them ?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the "opposition" modifier simply means that the party is currently not in power, and thus gets a flat attraction bonus. It's there to increase the chance of party changes.

It was something added in 2.1 to try and balance out the senate when one faction gets too powerful. As uly said, it's just a flat attraction bonus.
