Account Activation Problem

Hi there! I've been trying to get my account activated for a few weeks now, but everytime I click on the link in the confirmation email, I get the following message;

We could not activate your account because this web address is not valid. Make sure that you have the entire address from the email, and that your email client has not split the address over several lines.

Please try again with the full address from the email that you received. If it still does not work, try filling in the activation form:

If you do not know your activation code, you can find it in the email that was sent to you when you first registered. To have it sent again, please click here:
Send new email with activation code.

If all else fails, email the administrator, making sure that you include your registered email address and username.

Attempting to activate it manually using the activation form simply results in the same message. I've given this a go with 3 or 4 different activation codes (by generating a new activation email each time) but to no avail. I've sent 2 emails to the address given in the email, but have received no reply

I'd like to be able to get onto the CKII mod pages, but I apparently need a fully activated account to do so. Just WHY they require this to be the case is beyond me, but those are the rules. Is anyone able to help me out with this? :/

Have you tried copying the url to notepad before you paste it into the browser? Have you tried different browsers?

I've tried logging in with Firefox, Chrome and IE, but get the same result. I hadn't tried copying to notepad first, but have just given it a go in each of those 3 browsers and still the same problem

EDIT: For clarification, copying to notepad revealed that the link wasn't broken up in anyway either
