Accented characters in dynasty causing quicksaves to fail

If you start a new game with a dynasty with an accented character in its name and quicksave, it fails to create the directory for the dynasty due to the accented character being an illegal character for filenames, so the quicksave isn't created.

So many times I started games and tried to quick save and died to some random event and have to start again. Only to realise no quicksave...
