It doesn´t seem to be working.
I mean, the scenario is there, but the nations have no tech when starting, and no tech teams. Dind´t check more.

ah dear. It seems that I need to try it out some more. I got rid of the link for now.
I'm a planning to release a better version of my converter that will take care of tech teams, ministers and leaders so you should be able to play Abyss scenario by the end of this week

Glad you're doing this, as Fernando confirmed that there will be no work on the Dev's end to port it over.
It would be nice if you could finish it. I loved the original, it's as close as I'll get to the 1984 mod I've been dreaming of (only a few nations exist on earth, all duking it out).
Code Geass Mod has this (recently vp were rebalanced, need to work on IC), so does the supernations mod, none are complete though (tbh, I don't consider CG as playable yet).
