There are several occasions in the game where a threshold of manpower is given. For example for the peasants war or the recover your manpower mission.

As I am, I'm gonna calculate it mentally as exact as possible every time. I don't want to, though. So, instead of having to do mental acrobatics, I would like to have the absolute value in brackets after the percentage value. Maybe even give the number of months to reach it with the current manpower recovery.
