Absolute Crown Authority glitch

Despite having Absolute Authority, my vassals are still declaring war at the drop of a hat. I originally thought that it was a mod issue, but I tried vanilla to no avail. Is there something wrong with my install or something?

Might it be that the vassals that are declaring war are outside of your de jure Kingdom/Empire?

Declaring war on who? Needs more specifics.

Can you show the law/title setup of your realm? Are you an emperor? Do you have multiple kingdom titles? Etc.

All of the vassals were de jure, and as for the targets, it was anyone they had a CB on. I was king of Germany, and the main offender was the duke of franconia. I had absolute authority, papal investiture, and medium feudal levies. All other laws were at default.
