I think that there must be a post like this, but I can't find it, so I'll create a new one. What significant leaders that you aren't in the game? And if you have created them, what skill and traits you've gave to them? Sorry for my bad english.:wacko:

-John Hawkesworth: 2/5 as skill and no traits, maybe offensive doctrine

Probably for game balance. The UK got already o lot of leaders, while other countries got to few, like Sweden.
