Recently, I have been playing a game as Israel, and I had Byzantium as a march, because of they took religious ideas, and because they have additional missionary strength from their national ideas.

Unfortunately, they took the "Abrahamic Roots" aspect of Judaism, which means they get -100% missionary strength in every Abrahamic province, making them useless for converting, and forcing me to annex them if I want to convert the land myself.

The reason I made this thread is to firstly ask if there is any way I could make them change their religion aspects, and secondly, to suggest that the developers should treat this similarly to the Dhimmi autonomy privilege; the AI should not take it if the liege has religious ideas, which I do.

It's a good suggestion. You should put it in the suggestion forum so that it has a much better chance of being added in.
