Sorry about my ignorance, but How can we conquest the world if there are nations that can't be anexed, like Spain and Austria?
By removing them as selectable and majors. The easiest way is to download IGC, then u can play any nation you want and annex all the others. The other way is to open your scenario.eug file and delete all the descriptions for every nation except for the one you wanna play, before you start the scenario.
At my friend's house, We did Turkey, and totally (and I mean TOTALLY) annihilated every damned nation there, except for the shitty golden guys (Spain, Austria, France, England) who have tiny capitals left.
