Sabaton is a fantastic, fairly famous Swedish metal band...they're probably in so many games now because 1) they write songs about military history, which all of the Clausewitz games are about, and 2) some of the devs listen to metal and most are Swedish, so it makes sense to include music they like
I often imagine Sweden as some metal/gaming paradise - Meshuggah, Opeth, Sabaton to name a few. And of course Paradox, the best current game developers. Shame it's about as far away from me as it is possible to be.
There's no way this was a serious topic. OP was very clearly a dedicated troll and it seems like everyone has taken the bait.

At the top right corner there is a panel for music. You may disable the music content using the Launcher. I believe you can uninstall it.
It would be even better if they could have Age-specific music tracks/playlists that would progress in time periods as the game did. You would now be able to receive aural immersion, in each specific era/age (it could be further broken down by century, but going by ages might simpler and allow a wider selection for each playlist).

I was surprised with this kind of .... feedback. Its like I insulted Justin Bieber and faced instant persecution from an outraged band of teenage groupies. Could this be one of his fanpages? Can he sing despacito now???

I am very thankful to all helpful members of this forum. Thanks to you I learned about the music buton and what dlcs I had to disable to free myself of this... exquisite and most delightful piece of musical artwork... seriously...

Different people like different kinds of music. Sarcasm and joking tones are not easily displayed in text. Don't bash things of taste such as music and art because it's very subjective. I will never buy the metal music packs because I don't like that kind of music when I play EU4 but I won't call it crap.
I am a huge fan of Heavy Metal. I really enjoy it. But, to be honest, the Guns, Drum and Steel packs are not to my taste; they seem an odd adaptation of the original soundtrack. Sabaton, though, is really good, it's a shame that there is so few songs in the game
Still about Sabaton and the OP nationality, I am from Brasil too (such humor, much troll, wow). The band, as stated previously, focus their song in militaristic themes. They have an awesome song called Smoking Snakes, in tribute to the Pracinhas da FEB, brave Brazilian soldiers who fought in the WWII. Since OP doe not seem to be a metalhead, I recomend this song to those who are.

Honestly, the utterly crazy mix of things in the compelte official soundtrack now works surprisingly well for me.
It's like a musical rollercouaster, mimicking the rollercoaster of my country's financial state when I play!
Yeah, me too. Although I'll often have the volume turned down (it annoys the wife when she's trying to watch Project Runway or some cooking show) and, if I have to, listen to my phone or iPod with headphones.
I prefer my highs and lows within the confines of an epic 20-minute song, because that matches the highs and lows of my military and economy while playing.
Vicky 2, OTOH, doesn't need to do anything with the music. It's perfect as is.

That fact alone has turned me into a customer and gives me the right to voice my criticism over a product I feel quite unhappy with. Indeed, I want to call it crap because thats what it represents to me.
Having my opinion disrespected and being target of childish harassment and cheap ad hominem that, in your specific case, even dare to address my own nationality... To me, that's what a troll does and I hope it doesnt go unpunished.
