About supply limits

Should province supply limits be reconsidered? Testing out as Spain, I found that the situation in South America is just hellish. In Colombia there is a province with a large fortress, but a supply limit for me of about 4. After a year of failed seiges, I gave up in disgust. I know that Spain shouldn't be a great conqueror at this point, but what else is there to do?

That's a good idea. I suppose we'll have to look over food production and logistical, microparasitic, etc. barrriers in each province and come up with a coherent policy. I believe we're using the same supply limits from the Napoleon's Ambition scenario.

I agree that a level 2 supply limit is grossly severe but 25000 man armies should not (and were not) able to wander about most of Asia, the Americas, and Africa without mass attrition.
