About Rijeka

The events that break Yugoslavia give the province of Rijeka to the Germans. Why is that so? The area represented by the province was a part of Croatia historically, while the city of Rijeka itself was under Italian occupation.

Another thing: the province is too large. Rijeka was under Italian occupation since the end of WW1, so there is no point for Italy to have a territorial claim on a city which it allready owns. The only territorial claim that Italy should have on Yugoslavia should be the province of Split. And Italy should get Split trough the aforementioned events.

About the province of Rijeka, I think that in HOI2 this province should comprise of Istria peninsula, while the current territory of Rijeka in HOI should be named Karlovac, since Karlovac is the largest city in that area.

There are many problems like that... anyway, Ljubljana is supposed to have a coastline. Part of the Italian province would be part of Slovenia and it would need a port.

i dont know, we really havent seen any screen shots of eastern europe below the carpathian mountains, and no central europe, and no southern europe either, so maybe you will get your wish after all.

if you ask me, though, i wouldnt bet on them changing anything at this stage. maybe if youre really persuasive, you might get them to condescend to changing a province name , but as for actually changing the province borders, i dont know... i wouldnt bet on it, if i were a gambler

maybe if you sacrificed some goats or something, or sent death threats you might get your point across , but i would say theyre pretty set about how they want the map, as well as the sprite graphics, to look and it just doesnt look like theres any changing their minds

Eight ? I can see Mons, Ghent, Bruxelles (?) and a tiny piece of a fourth province (possibly Charleroi or Namur) (Antwerp's missing tho ) on the RAF-screenie ... if there's any info on the other Belgian provinces (maybe Bastogne and/or Liege/Luik)... please tell me ... can't wait ... Europe's gonna be great ...
