What happens if I have troops in a rebellious province that starts a revolt ? Do I lose my troops ? What if they are levies ? If they are a legion ?

Also I have a problem with province loyalty : All my provinces lose loyalty and they start uprising one after the other, even the ones with local autonomy or harsh treatment policies. I have a stability near zero because of my aggressive expansion and high war exhaustion but even if not so loyalty is an issue. Do I miss something ?

well because the aggressive expansion ist over 50 so you get an harder penalty on your loyality and with the war exhaustion youre getting -10% on the happiness of your pops
go to the economy tab and lower the tax yoe get 50% lower tax but 10% more happines on all of your pops and try to assimilate cultures which are more pops than your main culture

when your governours have to much corruption the loyality of youre provinces sinks too
