I only recently discovered there is a "lucky nation" tag. I would like to play without it, as I find it boring to see the same super powers in each game. Before I start a new game, I would like to know if a game without lucky nations is still fun. Here are my interrogations:
1- In absence of lucky nations, is it still possible to see powerful countries rising (not necessarily France, England/Britain), or is it more likely to have small nations everywhere?
2- In the EU3 wiki, I see this
3- Can I disable lucky nations in my current game? I imagine it is possible by changing all the 'lucky=yes' to 'lucky=no' in my save game. Do I also have to edit gameplaysettings.txt as in 2-?
Thanks a lot
Edit - I play EU3 Chronicles (the one with all extensions, I think...)

Does it mean the option lucky nations off does not work properly so the file gameplaysettings.txt needs to be changed manually?EU3 will constantly turn lucky nations back on. In order to stop this, another (14th) digit must be added to gameplaysettings.txt like this:
Code:gameplaysettings={ setgameplayoptions={ 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 2 0 1 1 0 2 } }
