Hello everyone, ladies and gentlemen!

I've recently played this fascinating game
e7db7fa038b2be91d37e5b8056b00c3a.jpg
And I've though it'd be great to take some stuff out of there, like Civilopedia, Palace, Corruption(maybe), Best Planets from the game score and advisors(as a dlc, instead of VIC)?

Looking forward to hear your opinion

I'm not massively familiar with civ pre-civ 5, but I think some of the things are interesting. I think it would be difficult to do a civilopedia though, what with the difference in the make-up of individual ships. Likewise with civs - too random. So I don't know what would go in there.

The palace (if it works anything like civ 5) is a static bonus, so not massively interesting as a mechanic, though it would be cool to have it in empire government types and maybe a massive parliament or church for others.

Advisors I liked sometimes. I don't use them often though.

Civ I-III had a palace feature where you got to build a section of your palace based off your score. The palace building is present in every Civ title, and has nothing to do with this feature.

In CIV 1,2 && 3 you could build palace at your own style

And Civilopedia was presented from civ 1. I don't think it's really hard to make it.

You can't list leaders in history. You can't list unit types because they're all constructed differently. You can't show the tech tree because there isn't one. You could have a list of planet types? The civs are random, the tech is random, the units are random. There aren't wonders. I don't think it would work.

Think dynamic. Entries getting added as they are discovered ingame, and entries being created and formed as you play the game.

List of known leaders of known aliens with their bios and historic achievements, list of encountered units with their known features, list of known tech, list of encountered wonders / unique buildings and features.

That's a LOT of dynamic text. I think we might see a history type thing like in CK2, maybe, but something like this would be massive.
