About High Crown Authority in Succession Law Requirment

Hi, I just back to CK2 days ago,
I am using Buddhist Mongols to rule Greate Britian
I want to change my sucession rule to Primogeniture
After I changed to Late Administration, High Centralized, and not allow to pass the crown to other dynasty.
It still show (X) in High Crown Authority,
(Just check on Ultimogeniture, I am not Limited,, Medium, High, Absolute...)

So what I miss in that? Thank you so much, and have a nice day, nice game!

Have you got a screenshot? Sometimes the logic in the "allow" conditions isn't as simple as it looks.

If you have conclave, it will still show crown authority requirements that only apply to people without the DLC. Since you have Late Administration, you should be able to change the law if you meet all the other requirements.
