When i abort coring will i get my spent adm. points back?

Yes, this is a great idea if you have rebels about to win the siege.

I think it depends when you abort - i think its a bit like the buildings/units, if its under 10% progress you get 100% of the costs back? Otherwise 50%?

You will see the AI start to abort coring when siege chances gets above 0%.
