I'd like the ability to decline being lent allied troops, as they're usually useless, being sometimes inferior in many ways, and sometimes the ally just take them back in the middle of a campaign, so they just build huge stacks in their capital and won't defend their own country without me moving them, though I'm busy elsewhere.

What would be needed is a function to return all expeditionary troops. Now, if you have some, you need to go through all your troops and return them one by one.
