Right now, you can abandon tribalism by upgrading your tribal holdings, being reformed/nonpagan religion, and having high tribal organization.
But why shouldt first requirement be neccesary, when you have already have castle holdings in your demesne? Why not just move your capital?
Currently
- non-improved tribal holding - cannot use to reform
- improved tribal holding - can use to reform, turns to castle/city
- formerly tribal holding, already upgraded to castle/city - cannot use to reform
Why?
If you have high tribal organization, and proper religion, why you are good to go if you have one tribal holding with upgraded fort, but if you have five castles and capital as non-improved tribe, well, you are not?
I suggest to add decision "Move capital to random Feudal holding", available if you have sufficiently high tribal organization, and of proper religion, as alternative to current decision.
