Since a quick search of the forum didn't yield any answers, here's a silly question: can you decide to evacuate one of your planets, or force others to do so?

I know fallen empires can force others to do so, and that you can probably use the migrations mechanic to leave a planet (almost) empty, but can you click a button to simply dismantle a colony that you consider worthless and send your pops elsewhere, maybe lose some of them?

Maybe they are too rebellious, too costly, or too close to someone you want to befriend, and is causing border friction.
And you might want to force another country to abandon a planet without taking it for yourself, if say they planted a colony too close to you, or are in the way between your ships and sol.

Not that we've seen.

I think that such an undertaking would probably be impossible in scale once a few Pops are on the planet.

If you were desperate to get rid of the administrative overhead of a planet, you could theoretically make it a sector and then grant it vassal status and then release the vassal. Although, at the point where it was a vassal, you may as well just stop there.
