So I just played as Rome from the beginning, and you start of fighting those two smaller nations (Epirus and the M-something, allies). It doesnt take much skill to defeat these guys, so I did.
I continuously got their peace offerings, but whatever, screw that. I noticed the Annex button was always greyed out. I went on these forums, read through the manual and stuff, but it just says to conquer them and then you receive the territories in the peace agreements. Or you can annex them by taking all (or was it "all but one core province"??)
Anyway, point being (and reason I'm here): I cannot annex these guys. I have killed all their armies, I now have control over their territories (won sieges and all). When I owned both of M's territories and couldnt annex, I figured I needed to take the whole alliance over... tons of people are on these forums and no one is complaining about this (I even searched with that google method!!) so it can't be that hard right?
