Well, the votes are in and the results are pretty damned interesting.
I'll give you the full tally of votes for everyone who was rated, including honorable mentions & other things.
Results.
The TOP 5 AAR Writers ARE..
1) Oranje, with 59 points, blitizing the competition with his Dutch AAR. (Nearly a 1/4 of the total counted points: 24%)
2) Sapura, with 51 points, just scraping past Kekkonen, most of the public seemed to like the EU timeline and the Battle for the Baltics AAR. (Also about 20% of the total points)
3) Kekkonen, with 48 points. The majority of voters liked his Ottoman AAR's. (About 19% of the total points)
4) Greven, with 41 points, an extremely good score for a person who's published only one aar. Just shows the quality of his work. (About 16% of the total points)
5) Devin, with 20 points, many loved his 'HYBRID' AAR.(About 8% of the total points)
6) Graham Dodge 'Evil Satan', 9 Points, many loved his Scotland AAR. (About 4% of the total)
The others: YndenlWal, Marcus M, Duqe de Alba, Sisyphus, Strategy JP & Prince Pommerania, bringing up the rear with between 6 and 1 points each. (Their combined points scores giving a total of about 13% of total rated points)

Additional:
Orange placed first, 7 times, which helped him get to place no. 1. Consistent ratings for this writer in 2nd and 3rd placed categories made him the definitie winner
Kekkonen placed first, 7 times too, though fewer 2nd and 3rd votes for him.
Sapura, placed first, 6 times, with more of the 2nd and 3rd votes than Kekkonen, allowed him to get over that last hurdle.
Greven, placed first, 5 times. Fewer votes for him, however almost all of the voters (bar one person), placed him at either no. 1 or no 2 position within each persons ratings structure. Just proves that you don't need to write 1,000 aar's to get to the top.
Devin, the other high scoring aar writer, placed first, 3 times.
Graham Dodge, placed first once.
----
People's biggest favourites: included, Oranje's 'Dutch AAR', Greven's 'Papal States AAR', Devins' 'Hybrid' AAR, Sapura's 'Swedish Battle for the Baltics' (or possibly the EU timeline) AAR, & Kekkonen's 'When Ottomans Ruled the Earth' AAR.
Therefore while of the top rankers have written multiple aars, in the end it was that certain, special solitary AAR which got them the necessary votes to reach the top 5.
Honorable mentions to : 'Impatient American AAR' - by Warspit, Yndenwal's 'A boring AAR: Sweden in Peace' & 'I Hope the Russians love their neighbors too', Strategy’s 'Rule Britannia AAR.' & others, Graham Dodge's 'Scotland the Brave' AAR,
* there were other honorable mentions for AAR's written by the top 4 winners, so I didn't want to include them again
Note: There might be some errors here and there, and I invite anyone to doublecheck the scores again. Actual scores don't really matter, its quite obvious who the top 5 writers were as dictated by the voters, since I _can_ count to a point, these errors are very miniscule
