The USA wont do anything. When I played as Brazil and from 1936-1939 annexed every nation on the America's but Canada and USA, and the USA couldn't have cared less...
And if war does comes with the USA, you can regain what the Yanks took in 1898: Phillipines, Guam, Peurto Rico, ect...

Try getting military access from the US, this may avoid a declaration of war.

in a speech Franco promises that name changes will be done later on and that the legacy of the spanish armada will be revived and he paid great thanks to the helpfull Italians and Germans. He also claimed that within his lifetime all that has been done wrong against Spain would be made right.
Intel stated that the alertlevel was moved up by the brittish in Gibraltar taking the prommise to revive the spanish armada as a direct threat and challenge against brittish forces, primarly naval forces, the claim to set things right for Spain made brittish Primeminister Stanley Baldwin belive that reinforcing Gibraltar would be a good move.
The US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt also got the news and some advisors told him to move troops to the Pacific and move units to prepare for spanish assaults on Cuba or Phillipines but nothing was done just yet, after all intel claimed the spanish navy to be all in port.

I just finished reading this AAR and it's great! Spain (any of them) is a fun country to play as since it has pretty good IC and manpower, and some great navy techs.
obviously you have been playing for awhile. Why can't I conduct amphibious landings (even w/ marines on territories w/ beaches)? HELP!

I didnt completely understand what you said but if you said what ithink you did then you need a beach to lauch an amphibious landing becaue you need to establish a beach head, generally if there are no beaches that means the coast it rocky and tracherious for any atempt to land there.

On the 22nd November 1936 Spain gets a mail from the Dominican Republic that they want to you the motherland Spain. Thoue the military in the Republic dident like that desicion and took control and declared war on Spain.
On the 23rd Germany and Italy declares war on the Republic to aid Spain. Its been said that many republicans from Spain are fighting for them to take vengance on the country loving regime they failed to defeat. Both the large Spanish fleets are assigned and Franco and his corp "De Grande Liberation" will charge the beaches, thoue the division "Brigadas de Montaña" is replaced by the tank division "1a División Acorazada", he wanted "Liberation de isles y beachos" to join the invasion but due to the lack of loading space it coulent join the space was overestimated.
On the 26th of december the invasion begins sligthly delaid due to the misstake during the loading progress. Victory was hard fought and it would take time to smash the filthy republicans of corce victory was claimed. They dominicans but upp "one hell of a fight" and even with german help Spain wasent victorius until the first of august 1937.
During the war on the 27th of march two tank divisions for finnished. Now that the war is over they will get assigned to a corp and maybe also get a nickname annouring the fallen in domincan war. Its now appearant that Spain need a larger transport fleet.
Advisor: "Good jobb sir"
Franco: "Thanks but i learned we need a larger transport force if we are to rea-establish the spanish empire"
Advisor: "Just my thought"
Franco: "Arrange a goverment meeting"

i only say that my ambitions is to reform the spanish empire, americans beaware! vengance for the spanish-american war will come! Britts beaware Trafalgar will be venganced and Gbiraltar united to spain. Also i have a slight ambition to unite all spanish speaking countries under Spanish flag.

Take back mexico as a spaniard was the first person to civily discover it. Are you going to invade mexico city then if your unting all hispanics!
mexico will proberly go last, at last in the south america/ carribean conquest. They will be abit treaky being a democracy and all whats upp to that. If i declare war on them germany will proberly declare war on them too and they will steal provinces from mexico. So i have to be fast
