Does it mention what the numbers under the ruler portrait are? Are they support for the government? (And did it somehow drop to only 10% at one point?)
I believe that's the clout for the Interest Groups in the government. Landed Gentry started really strong but Industrialists quickly surpassed them once Wiz switched his economy over to coal mining (by building a single coal mine, his country was tiny).

Some God is going to post the Schamburg-Lippe AAR eventually. I just checked, Wiz has 711 posts in discord on the V3 General chat, and more than half of those are just from this AAR, so at least 360 posts. It is very long!
Some godly soul did on reddit, though it reads like it started a bit earlier than the screenshots show.

This also showed off the migration mechanic. There was very heavy migration to his country due to the wealth generated by his mines, so many pops in poor states were immigrating to his country. He was very quickly expanding his workforce due to this.
Cool. Did he mention where the migrants came from? As Prussia he can get impactful trickle migration from the German states because they're all in his market, but from my understanding, migration to other markets only happens by migration wave targets, a design choice I still don't quite understand. Hoping I misunderstood and there's immigrants from, for example France, that moved to his country too.

He got Sorbs and northgerman immigrants. When Prussia and Russia entered a customs union he also got immigrants from the baltics.

The economy definitely needs some balancing before release. If a country can build enough buildings to employ all of its pops in only a few years then subsistence agriculture might as well not exist.

Ah, a customs unit is enough? That's good news, I was worried that you'd be at a heavy disadvantage as The Netherlands where you're powerful enough to want your own market, but would be at a major disadvantage when it comes to luring immigrants when they all have to come from the colonies until you force other Europeans to join your market instead of their own.

The economy needs balancing but my country had a total of 24k people, it's a *bit* of an edge case when the number of buildings you need to fully employ your workforce is one.

If I understand it correctly I assume it.

That's certainly true. But I'd expect being tiny to equally affect your ability to afford that single building.

He also kinda lucked out in the sense that Prussia neglected their coal industry so Prussia paid a lot for Lippean coal. If the RNGods favoured Prussia down a more industrialist route and started supplying their own coal, Lippe would have experienced an extremely localized market depression as coal prices plummet

I really enjoyed this AAR immensely. These give a really great sense of how the game flows and how the player interacts with the game mechanics. That whole war at the end honestly made me feel much less worried about how war will work in V3. It sounded as exciting and nerve-wracking as a war in a standard PDS game.

I’d love more of these as we get closer to release. Thanks again!

Prussia forming a greater formation causes subjects to be annexed. Well.. aint that a useful lil toy. Looking to capture friends and avoid the messy annexation and instead do a unification. Like scandinavia, slavia, germany, italy.. gypsy kingdom ("because kings are rich and can thus provide for the citizens")?

Kings actually being rich, as seen in the lipps aar, something i had never thought of. The ability to run a bureaucracy without bureaucrats. And thus say welfare, an income without income and thus paying for food and such. IF someone exports to you.

Was this explicitly stated in the AAR? I must have missed it.

And am I reading it right, that he used this mysterious "unify" diplomatic play to annex the other Lippe? Or was it just a "conquer" play?

Yeah, Wiz says at 11:48 AM in the Reddit dump, quote:

If Prussia forms something bigger and I'm still their subject, I get absorbed into that something. So let's hope that doesn't happen.

It's not explicitly said that this is always true and I reckon it isn't – at least it would make minimal sense for colonial subjects, but this might be even a special case that only applies to protectorates/puppets within the "Greater Tag" being formed.

Yeah, going off of Vicky 2, it's because Germany/north german federation is a cultural union, so you absorb everyone that you need under your control in order to qualify for the decision. You wouldn't absord subjects outside germany
