Oasis near Queena border
"Now you wait here, your father has a marvelous suprise for you" Ikerios said
"What is it?" Khalil asked
"If i told you it wouldn´t be suprise, would it?" Ikerios said
"If you tell me i would still act like suprised" Khalil said
"You are such a naughty boy" Ikerios laughed
"Come one uncle Ikerios" Khalil begged
"No, no it is just for you and your fasha" Ikerios smiled "Sort of a father son thing" He added
"Well i better go and get him" Ikerios said and was making a leave
"I will go with you" Khalil said
"No!" Ikerios said "Just stay here and out of troubles" Ikerios said
"Uncle Ikerios, will i like this suprise?" Khalil asked
"Khalil it´s to die for" Ikerios said and walked away
Cliff near the Oasis
"Georgios, it´s the fatimids in the oasis, Khalil is down there" Ikerios said
"Khalil?" Georgios said
They rode quickly to the oasis and saw how the Fatimids were rushing towards it.
Little cliff next to the Oasis
"I´m coming Khalil!" Georgios yelled
"Oh this is awfull Ikerios" Jamal said "What do i do, what do i do, what do i do" Jamal started to panic "I know i´m going to get help, yes help" Jamal said and was walking away when Ikerios sliced his troath. Jamal fell to the ground dead.
Georgios managed to take Khalil back to the cliff but was hit by an arrow and fell back to the ground.
"Father!" Khalil shouted
Georgios tried to climb up the cliff and to escape from the fatimids.
"Ikerios!" He yelled "Brother help me!" He said
Ikerios grapped from the hands of Georgios.
"Long live the King" Ikerios said
After he said that he released his hold from his brothers hands and watched how his brother fell down.
"Noooooooo!" Khalil shouted when he saw how his father fell
Khalil ran down the cliff and saw how the fatimids were leaving.
"Father?" Khalil yelled
He saw Georgios body lying in the ground and ran to it.
"Father wake up, we need to go home, father?" Khalil started to cry.
"Help somebody..." He shouted "Anybody?" Khalil said
Ikerios walked towards them.
"Khalil" He said "What have you done?" Ikerios said
"The fatimids came and he tried to save me, it was an accident" Khalil tried to explain "I-i didn´t mean it to happen" He said
"Ofcourse, ofcourse you didn´t mean it to happen" Ikerios said "No one ever means to these things to happen but the king is dead" he added.
"If it weren´t for you he would still be alive" Ikerios sounded angry
"What will your mother think?" Ikerios said
"What am i going to do?" Khalil asked
"Run away, run, run away and never return " Ikerios said
Khalil began to run away from the body.
The fatimid general and his two body guards walked behind Ikerios.
"Kill him!" Ikerios commanded.
Fatimids began to pursue Khalil.
Aswan Royal palace
Ikerios marched with his army to the royal palace to tell the sad news and to take his place as the king.
"Ikerios, where is Georgios and Khalil?" Fatima wife of Georgios asked
"Fatima the fatimids ambushed them in the oasis, w-we tried to help but we were too late" Ikerios explained
"What no it cant be, it´s not true?" Fatima began to cry
"I am sorry we did what we could" Ikerios dismounted his camel

"Hear me everybody as the king and his successor are dead i must with heave heart take his place as a new king" Ikerios said "Soon a new era shall rise for Nubia and we will prevail!" Ikerios said
Thunderous applaudes echoed trough the market.
