Can't immediately find any decent sources on religion.. But the rulers seem to refer to themselves as King of Serbs, Bosnia etc. etc.

A two province (vasalised) minor having one or the other culture in the same group and one or the other religion in the same group is not particularly significant.
If there's good evidence for it, then it might be worth changing.. But I'm not sure if it's really the most efficient use of Paradox' time.
