During the quest 'A Widow's Revenge' found in Lethian's Crossing, there seems to be a bug or missing content by the end of it.
Now this were reported back in November as well by the time of release and acknowledged, with a report supposedly sent away by a QA Person.
But having played the game it seems to have never been fixed or remotely touched;
The bug or missing content is this;
When you are confronting Deya about having killed her own wife and attempted to frame someone else for it, you have the option of killing her.
Now doing so will make people around the settlement hate you, in other words give you some Wrath with the faction of the crossing.
But when you look at the reason behind the Wrath it states you did not have time to report your findings. Generally there wouldn't be anything wrong with that, except for one important note;
You do not even have the ability to do it in the first place.
You can't do it to the elder, any merchants, the smiths etc. Whether or not you retrieve a necklace from the person Deya is attempting to frame as evidence.
Being given Wrath for something, then being blamed for something you do not have the ability to even do if you'd like to lessen the Wrath impact or avoid it altogether, is just outright dumb.
