Has anyone found out how to turn in Deya or otherwise notify others of her actions before carrying out a death sentence?
As of right now you have one of two ways of dealing with the quest that feel rather unsatisfying:
A) You can side with her, by either washing your hands of the matter or accepting a bribe to remain silent or kill Sandro
B) You kill her after she admits her wrongdoing to you and you gain significant wrath with Lethian's Crossing because of: "You killed Deya for murdering her wife, unfortunately you didn't have time to tell anyone about her misdeeds"

Is something bugged with the quest or have I missed something? The dialogue as well as the narrative description makes it clear that she's afraid you might turn her in and that she can[should] indeed still be found in her house as she walks in there after talking to you. Which makes sense since she now owns the town.

There's apparently no one to turn her in to. I even checked Tunon's Court on the off chance an Archon would care about local inheritance traditions, but no dice.

I suspect this quest is bugged. There seems to be no point to the necklace, at least, because she acts the same whether you take it or not.

It seems like an oversight indeed. The explanation given for the wrath hit clearly indicates there should have been some way to tell other people about it first. Even so, I feel the wrath penalty is way too harsh. I'm supposed to be a Fatebinder, the game tells me I'm Judge, Jury and Executioner. This is one of the times in the game where I can act in that exact way. I can understand some wrath hit after killing someone in the town, but currently it's a bit absurd, I went from no wrath to wrath level 3.

Another broken quest is with agents notes in Deserters March.Upon collection it is disappearing from both inventory and hidden chest. It turned out quest can be completed still and i was wrong.

I agree that the quest is bugged. I've tried so many of the dialog combinations and they either end up with killing her and gaining Fear or letting her go :|

Maybe they leave it that way because the reputation with the individual settlements don't matter in the end?

By the way, aparently, every time you impart "Justice" the agents of Tunon are taking note and in the judment in the end he will ask you about your way to determine punishments... an as far as I know that dialogue change depending of who and how you judged across the game [mine was somthing like "why you talk so much with people before imparting a punishment? - "I ask a lot and force them to reveal their crimes themselves" or something like that... ]

So... maybe all that quests are factors in the Tunon Judment?

As Fatebinder, you are the physical extension of the laws of Kyros. If there is anyone to turn her in to, it is you. The just act is to judge her and execute the full letter of the law, even if it means a slight amount of resentment from her friends and neighbours.

The problem comes from the game teasing you for not telling anyone else first. Maybe it's just being sarcastic, maybe they once meant for you to inform the Elder or the Brotherhood. Either way, that tiny line of text tends to add a bit more confusion.

Certainly not enough to create complete animosity with Lethian's Crossing. Unless you've been merciless to them, they'll still love you far more than hate you :p

What I had hoped would be an option was to give her a taste of her own medicine. Get her to marry me and become heir to the Apex. Then throw her off the Spire for attempted murder as both my divorce and my punishment.

Now THAT would be poetic justice. Besides, gives me that sweet-sweet real-estate.

yeah, it seems weird that you can bassicly clear a man of suspicion but that you can't go to the village elder to say "blah blah blah fatebinder blah blah blah literally wandering judge blah blah blah confession blah blah blah guilty blah blah blah execution"

I'm looking into changing the quest text from, "people are enraged" to, "you have impressed upon the people of Lethian's crossing what consequences Deya's actions had. However, they cannot decide whether you punished her for murder, for lying to you or for your annoyance by her. They elect to stay out of your way."
