A website to get DH earlier versions on a USB

I obviously own DH. I got it on Steam at 1.4 and since then upgraded to 1.5 on Steam. Since that however, my laptop's wifi antenna went kaput, maybe it snapped at the pivot. I can't get 1.5.1 and I'd like to get 1.4 for mods. I could go to the library's computers if there is a way to get specific versions on a USB. Would I be able to get 1.5.1 as well?

Well you could get a usb wireless receiver, I mean you're seriously going to find a way to tolerate not having internet? I don't know where you're from but I'm in the US and I just looked it up, there's one on newegg for $5. If it were me, I'd pick one up from Walmart or Best Buy just so I could have it right away.

You can buy a usb wifi adapter for like 5 or 10 bucks on Amazon.... problem solved

I'll check out what's around the state-wide electronics superstore. I really need to find a tiny screwdriver to open the bottom of the laptop. I've read the wifi antenna runs from the bottom up through the monitor to the top. If it didn't just shear from opening and closing like some cheap-beware-of-HP-laptops deal, then it was probably pulled down too low.

Don't even bother opening it up.... you can get a new adapter for literally like 5 bucks that is purely USB and it will likely be newer/better than what you already had as far as standard support if your laptop is a bit older

I'll go for the usb when I get the chance. This library has ethernet outlets but I've been told none of them are active. What a waste.

Well, it's that time again when I've gathered together my capabilities. I have gotten one those usb wireless detectors. It works really well.
