A way to unlock some research?

How can i unlock those research in red. I want that research where my missiles can carry nukes. Somehow its locked...
Also, how do i drop a doctrine? I saw it before yesterday but i forgot how i got to that...

Which scenario are you playing? There is an event to unlock those locked Techs... but not all of the events are available in every scenario... in particular, the Doomsday scenario is quite restricted in which events can be fired from the console.

... the 1936 scenario has ALL of the events available.

EDIT: to drop a Doctrine, select (click on) the Doctrine itself on the Tech screen... a new button will appear to let you drop it.

I am playing Doomsday scenario. I tried your "event 8011" and it works for getting my missiles be able to equip with nukes. Thx for the help!
