A way to have multiple education traits without breaking the game too much

The character has to be at least 25 years old, completed there first education, one lifestyle tree of said education and have at least 5 learning. If all of the conditions are met they get a decision to get a tutor to educate them. If you already have a court tutor then you will get a different decision where you get to choose which education you want to get. But how well they teach you will depend on the tutor's stats because a low martial character cannot give you a 4 star martial education. But a regular character can only have two education traits but a character that has the genius or shrewd trait can have 3 education traits. If your character has both traits they can have 4 education traits.

Why would a character need multiple education traits? That sounds like pointless stat inflation, and another way to increase player advantage because the AI is not smart enough to play CK3 correctly.
