i got an email from paradox thanking me for subscribing to their newsletter coming with a 75% off key for any expansion or dlc. im trying to preorder Holy Furry but it says invalide code

i have all other dlc so if i cant use it for pre order i guess ill have to wait for it to release first? i have no clue
It should mention in the delivery email for that code that it cannot be used for pre-orders. Does it not?
