So that Norway is gone and the conquered Nations are Garrisoned,i planned the Winter Break...

12 Divisions+1 HQ in Norway...

Situation on western Front,Kassel is my Main-Base and Place for the Reserves...the Problem in the whole Situation,came up when I saw this...

6 Divisions...that was a little Shock...OK emergency Situation...immediattly took Control of the Portoguese Army,send the Bomber-Fleets and 1 Ubootflotte to support the Situation...the Result where multiple Air/Naval Battles...

Watch the Japanese,what are they doing here,im not allied with them ???

The try to reach the Seas South of the occupied Territory,was delayed cause of this Fleet(2 Carriers)...

The biggest Battle of All...

Intercepted a Transporter-Fleet,no you won´t get Portugal...

Leaving thoose Korps in Norway...sure it is...if you want I can tell you a nice Story about what happened when I garrisoned Norway only with 3 Divs in a Game I played somedays before...after they took Norway and I lost a lot of my Metal Production,loosing 20 % of my standing Army,cause of lack of Materials...so better too much Divisions,as not much enough .Later they will Support the attack on Russia...

about 15-18 are planned for England,about 20-25 for Benelux and France...I´m already building up multiple Divisions to compensate...I think it where 24 Divisions,be sure of I´m in know of what I can and what I can´t do...

My next Report will be this evening so I hope you´re like this one here and as I can tell before,I´ve made a new personal Record in conquering Benelux,France and England .

And you´re Influence has catched me up again...this Time the Conquests are working that fast I redecided to attack Russia right in that Winter or in the beginnings of 1941...For that I need Gibraltar,Western Islands and the Conquest of India....attack on the US hes been delayed cause of Issues influencing them,they´re still -175...I just give it up to influence them...A Beachhead in Kanada should then somehow Controll them until I beat Russia...but as I said before England,specially India and/or Africa has to fall before that...

Results for the Year:

Ahh I like this diplomatic Map...this is like Darth Vader against someone called Skywalker...
As you can see the eastern and northern Front are clear,its January 1st and I´m into Winter break...The Problem with it...Portugal...I had some Options what to do about it...and finally send my Bomber and Submarine-Fleets only to keep thoose Allies busy until 1.April 1940.How serious the Situation was,you can see here...

An annexion of Portugal is completely unacceptable,which brings us to January Report,but first the Burocracy...

On January 1st I gave up the Winter-building-break and boostet my Produce Capazity up to 220,building multiple Subs and Divisions...note the Issues with Rare Materials and Oil I have...someone got Oil to sell...maybe the USA ...

So this Situation was somehow simtomatic for the whole January-Portugal Situation,the Allied keep pounding Lissabon trying to bring in Troops by Sea...I concentrated on bombing theyr Naval Forces...and sure pounded the hell out of them,with my 16 Bomber-Divisions...

This was somehow simtomatic for the Portuguese,whenever I tryed to include theyr Fleet they got beaten...by France,beaten by France I can´t believe it...tstststs...

another very critical Situation...the attack of Air/Naval Forces doesn´t broke up and so I finally lost 1 Div Submarine...

The UK-Fleet in Iberian Sea is in complete retreat...gues what will happen if I attack the UK in Summer...I guess theyr Fleet will be at Home,for repairs...they won´t return to Portugal...but I´ll keep an Eye on Portugal,just to be sure...

Yes as soon as France is conquered,Troops from Brest will start to Portugal,liberating it and afterwards participate in the attack of Spain...planned at about 15 May-15 Juni...

So im really walking on a Edge...I dunno what to do...the Situation will be even more questionabble after I delievered my March,April,May-Reports...watch out for them this evening...CYA

Since March wasn´t very excited I implement it into the April-Report...

March 1940

So my Hope for this Spring was that Portugal survive till Summer and I could conquer BenNeLuxFraEng till the middle
of Summer,maybe until 1.July...Overall I had a very weak Army,at about 125 Divs at this Point and later had to attack
Spain...so there was only one Option,again hit them as soon and hard as possible,rushing in without Compromise and nail
them with my heavy Infantry...as for this I minimized military Activity and prepared for the "Storm"...

In thought how to care about that "Troop" Problem I got into Spring,I had great Expectations about my Army,there where
never as effectiv as this Time...This seems to be a Master Question,should I build up a highly Experienced and flexible
Army,or should I use Massattacks...Last Time I used the Blitzkrieg-Tactics as done now with less Effect cause of the
slow Troops,my Panzer-Armys always had to wait and "Kessels" where difficult to do...my Army is tuned up to the peak and
other Troops are in production...should I keep my original Plan and first attack the US or use the Advantage of the
massiv speed of my "Rollover" in Europe(East)...what about Spain,am I abble to install a Puppet,cause the amount of
Garrisons would set back my whole Plan...not conquering the US ???...maybe if I fortify the western Islands more strongly
and with more Divs...well first there are other Thinks to do...

April 1940:

So this is it...Spring,im on the Move again...first I had to watch the Weather...Rain and Muddy,so I have to wait until its getting better,what actually happened on 5.April...first heres the Attack-Plan for France and Benelux...note that the arrows and other Thinks are somehow self-explaining...blue Color is defensiv-Line or attack of Allies...Yellow are Tank Units,green are "fast" Units,red is the Infanttry and the blue Circles are the Air-Force concentration....

the Plan was to roll over the Belgien Troops,make a Kessel at Ghent...using Reims as a "detour"-Provinz,which will delay the allied Response...note that the Tank-Armys are bound to set on the Atlantic Coast...This is Heeresgruppe B...

This is Heeresgruppe A...Netherlands had to fall before Troops from France can set into the Reims-Metz-Vallencies Line...The final Result was more then devastating for the Allies...note this Attack Plan is called "Doppelsichel"-Maneuver...a bit motified Version of the original German attack Plan...

Note that the Tank-Armys in Reims don´t hold the Line,rather they´re about to rush in northern and western Direction...aims...Paris,Channel Coast,Atlantic Coast...planned Kessels in Amsterdam and Ghent/Dunkirchen...

This is how the Situation was short before the End of BeneluxFra-Campaign...the Tanks where still rushing in theyre ordered Positions,the fast Units clearing up the Kessel Ghent and then moving to the Center Front...whilst the Infranty from Netherlands should reach the Scene,in a Week or so...by this Time the Hole in the French Front would be so big that they wouldnt be abble to win anymore...but I forgott about one Think,I fought against the French...

So this is the first Part,I will write the Rest of April and May at this evening...CYA...

The Muahahaha...this was because I was in thought that I might loose cause my Infanrty still was in Netherlands...but then came Vichy-France and so this was my Reaction....muahahahhahaaaarrrr....Looooooosers...

So I really did it,France,Belgium and Netherlands in about 2 Weeks...if the Vichy-event don´t happened I might have to retreat to the Belgium Border...cause my Infantry was very far away in the Netherlands,but just after I reached the Atlantic Coast,the Event happened...The Fact that they weren´t abble to get Troops out of Strasbourg doomed theyre Fade...dunno somewhere I read that you can only hardly controll a Army with over 20 Divisions...

In my last try exactly this happened,I rushed forward with my Tanks and suddenly there was a big Hole in Reims/Vallancies...only the diversion of 3.Armeekorps from the Netherlands ,helped me out that critical Situation,delaying the whole Campaign for about 3 Weeks...it took me until May to beat France...the Difference this Time,where the bigger Panzerarmys fitted with Engineer-Brigades,before they where suited with only 2 Divisions...sometimes only 1,but with 3 Panzerdivisions,nothing could hold the Line....just try it next Time you conquer France...just send Tank Units to Paris,Channel,Atlantic Coast and you´ll win as fast as this...

So the next Task was England..the Isle...dunno somewhere in this Forum I read you can´t beat the UK on theyr Home...Yes this is true...partial...there indeed is a Chance...if you catch them sooner as they expect it...which says nothing else but you have to beat the British Isles,before 1.August...once there was a Game i´ve keept it exactly as it was historical...and what should I say...I couldn´t even think of capturing this Islands,Portsmouth was guarded by 5 Divisions...So the Attack-Plan for England...

The first Wave consists of Tanks and Engineer-infantry,the second of the fast Units and some more Tanks.The Idea is to encircle London,while the Tanks are pushing forward,reinforcements would arrive and later finish the Job...at this Point the Tanks would be already close to Scotland...Note that I brought in my whole Fleet to that Seazone(46Divisions),to cover the Transports...first Fleet I encountered was Size 7 Divs,2 Carriers...the second 24,3 Carriers...I repulsed them booth...but right after I brought in the second Wave on England,I decided to get after this Allied Fleet...guess I was a bit to Proud of my Victories...see what happens...

I lost 4 Ships...no Prob I thought,acceptable loosses...pah they brought down booth Battleships(Tirpitz,Graf Spee) and a Battlecruiser(???)...this was a serious Loss...but I shall return,with Carriers...

So after I retreated my whole Fleet I need Time to build new to support the Transports...I stucked all Subs together with them and the new born "Kriegsflotte England" was build...this Fleet never again meet any Contact...the other Fleet was totally down...more then 10 Maijor Ships where seriously damaged...wow...at first I didn´t realize how serious I lost this Navalbattle...the Fleet that dowed me then put Troops into Shefield,delaying my advance...

So I had some Days and 4.Panzerarmee was in quick advance,encircled them and Dow...some revenge for the lost Ships...

I guess the Greek has dowed the UK too...who cares about you´re Independence Quarantee...pffft...

I guess you can imagine what happened then...I conquested Britain right on 30.May...that says 2 Month for BeNeLuxFraEng...awesome...Ok but with one difference...Spain,Portugal,South Africa...I really hope the Italians are dowing the UK seriously in North Africa...cause I might not be abble do send Reinforcements...

So for the Situation...I´ve conquered most of Europe,without Balkan and Spain,one of them has to be my next Victimbut to do so,I first had to care about my Burocracy...As you may know,ive had multiple Issues with my Rare Materials and gettin Oil....every Trade-aggreement with UDSSR was cancelled after some Days...the US where far to expensiv and every other Country,was empty of thoose Ressources,as I buyed them before...is it possible that I buyed everything the World is owning ???....Rare Materials are always a Problem cause everyone needs them a lot...so I concentrated on the Oil Problem...for this I did some seriouslly needed Technologies...

note that I did Energie to Oil conversion at rate 0.7...and to speed up my building Process,I did some Ass-Lines...

At this Point I see that I have very high Metal and Energy Production...I must have lost a lot of Trade-Aggreements,whilst the western Campaign...so I concluded some Trade-Agreements,boostet up production to 270 and get it on...note about my Casualties...only 5-6% to this Date...who sayed that 10% are acceptabble losses ???

So thats it,Im no really Burocrat only do what is necessary to "feed" my Army...I would like to hear Tips from you,how I could Influence my Ministers and other Stuff to get 110% out of my Country,you know this Forum is very Big and I din´t found a lot of serious Tips how a Pro would play that Game...

So now that I was in 1.Juni,I took Time to make further attack-Plans...Portugal and Spain was "en Route",so I might kick/help them first...later I had to take Yugoslavia and Greek and finally Gibraltar to get control of the Mediterran...the Problems...I have only 135 Divs to this Date,so this is what I would like to do...

The violett and yellow Arrows in Russia marks "optional Targets" for this Year,the other shows the eventual Directions and Date,when to get there...the Plan was free Portugal,kick Spain,Yugo,Greek and then get the Turkeys,so they let my Troops trough their Country,without the need to declare War...Spain is going to be a Puppet....maybe Greek and Yugo tooo...or isn´t that a Option ???

So this is the Time for a first Vote...I would be glad if youre participating...since I will only Continue,until I have enough Votes...

Yes Edzako is right...Im playing on normal/normal+the Fact ive tryed it the 3rd Time now...and as I said I can do the Conquers while im sleeping...I won´t try a harder Level until I doomed the World in normal/normal...

But for the research...I keept my Consumer Goods always 3 times as high as needed and so the Research is moving very fast...the bad Think about it is that I only had 102 Divisions as I start the Conquest...and I use a more open Market,which says more Money but more Dissent too...

But I can ensure that the Conquest of Spain won´t be that easy cause they already have a great Army from the War with the Nationalists...+ I never conquered Spain before...so got no experience...so no rush Tactics...

Come on if you write to Argue about my Difficulty Settings,you also can do a Vote...if you have another Plan,tell me,maybe I can use it...CYA

Oh and I remeber a hard Game I played...the Research was the same as #I researched every 1939 Technologie right on 1939...maybe you handle the Research wrong...
