Dunno if this is very realistic or not, but anyway:
Would it make sense if a province (being looted recently) had a larger chance (lower MTTH) of any local rebellion ending? It would either represent forcing the rebels back to work, lest they want their families to starve because of the farm being pillaged and in dire need of attention, or some other harsh means of forcing the population to get in line.
Likewise, I'm also wondering if it would make sense to apply a similar modifier to the religious heresy/conversion events, as well as the cultural conversion ones.
(of course, the AI would then have to be told to pillage its own provinces if the character is cruel and the province differs from him, or if the character is zealous/crusading and the population is heretical/heathen, and the AI is not in tight need of the money lost)
At the very least, it would allow us to actively do something in the short term to influence the events named above, rather than just make long-term plans and preparations for such circumstances...
But perhaps I'm just still confused from the "cold" I've just experienced outside... crazy and/or confused thoughts usually surface when you're frozen, after all.
