Hey guys!

A little bit inspired by my recent Genoa run, I researched and made Artwork of Galleys, beginning with some of the most ancient versions, the Triremes (Monoreme, Bireme, Trireme).

This is a little Talk about galleys, that contains a lot of Info about galleys, that one might not know, if one didn't specifically research it.

Maybe somebody finds it interesting. I mean, many people here are fans of historical stuff, right?

I really enjoy the video as it is.

If i were to make one suggestion, it would be to possibl have a low musical background. Then again, your video is great as it is.

If I recall correctly, Greece built a fully functional trireme for historical purposes a couple of decades ago, and commissioned it into the Greek Navy. From what I understand, the most difficult part was trying to re-invent the oar boxes and seating arrangements, since there's not enough detail in the various glazed images to figure out how they actually worked.
