With the aproachment of Imperator Rome I noticed that CK2 can be well converted to much earlier times in history, like the rise of the Achaemenid empire, the punic wars, Alexander the Great, the diadochi wars and so on...

Creating a mod like that is A LOT of work. The best one i have seen is WTWSMS, who portraits the chaotic years of the fall of the Roman Empire and the Germanic invasions...

The sort of mods you're talking about involve a whole map history file replacement with new (often fictional) characters holding every single province and histories for those provinces, legitimate historical research to ensure you didn't give the wrong culture or character or religion a territory, reworking combat mechanics to account for different kinds of soldiers without just making everyone Light Infantry/archers (with cavalry of any kind being mostly limited to nomadic peoples if we're talking about the pre-Classical era), reworking technology and buildings and holdings and governments to similarly fit the era, and playtesting to ensure the balance leans at least somewhat historical without player intervention. And that's leaving out content and mechanics specific to DLCs and to the mod itself.

In order to make a mod like that, you need a whole team to work on it. And getting a team of mod devs to all believe in such a project - especially when countless ancient world mods have been attempted in the past without ever reaching stable release - is not an easy task.

Finally, undertaking a *new* heavy-duty overhaul mod at this point in the game's development can also be very frustrating, since the pace of upgrades to game mechanics (including in vanilla) is fast enough that just keeping up with them becomes Sisyphian. For that reason I don't foresee a whole lot of new overhaul mods taking form until after development on the game itself slows down, which is not something I want either.

If an experienced team be formed to do that, likely will be an amazing mod.
It would, yes. My point, though, is that such a team is very, very difficult to recruit. The best way to do it would be if you (or the person with the central concept for the mod) already had a record of working on successful and popular CK2 overhaul mods and a network of people who've worked with you before on such mods. Which means if you have big mod ideas and no experience behind you... well, your best shot might be to get on one of those mods' dev teams and start grinding EXP for the next year at least before working on said idea.

There was a mod like that at some point. Paradox did a mod review on it at one point. It was called Diadochi Kings, and it was a very big overhaul of the game. You could see, with permission if you could use that as a base for such a mod, but it would require a LOT of fixing to make it working up to date as its from a very very old version of the game. Or you could use the newly updated CK2 map generator to help you create the mod from scratch, but then you'd have to go about changing provinces, characters, religions, etc to what is fitting.

With the properly experienced team you could delegate, and (re)create a mod of that timeframe. And if you can do that I, and many others will applaud you for making it. :)
