A specific graphics mod for CORE?

I posted a question about the GIP mod in another thread, I did get it working just fine, thank you.

However I have a specific mod in mind that I would like to add. Here is a screenshot of it

I see in the AARs a lot of people use this, for many different mods, Kaiserreich, 1914, TRP and so on. I don't even know what mod they are using, or how I can make it compatible, anyone know?

SKIF, by the looks of it...

As our model range differs from 'normal' Vanilla it isn't usable 1:1. Some CORE users have made a conversion for CORE, though I'm not sure what the actual status is: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=314358
