Actually two, both related to the Autonomy screen of the build menu.
1) Clicking on a province name should center the map on that province.
2) Hovering over the figure in the "unrest" column should bring up a more informative tooltip, in particular like the one that is displayed when hovering over the "Unrest" figure in the province screen, listing all the sources of +/- unrest.
This comes up because I want to lower Autonomy in provinces that have negative unrest, but not if it's only negative because of -20 Recent Revolt. The Autonomy screen of the build menu is currently very poor at helping me to figure out which those are.
