It seems so. It should work for AI-controlled human France, too. Previously, the area would just be ignored unless the player attacked the Belgium first.Does this mean that France will now move forward into Belgium and the Netherlands to stop German advance there instead of waiting for German border to touch theirs?

- Weather (April, heavy thaw, I would expect muddy conditions rendering an effective offensive like that rather...impossible)
- River crossing (isn't the river Neva flowing below/across Leningrad?)
- City supply (shouldn't a large city with industry be able to provide at least some supply to itself when surrounded, by event?)
Can we control the Italian attacks? Is there a way to stop the intervention of an ally on the same front? As leader of a coalition it is normal that I decide if a place should be attacked or not.
