I hope this includes some kind of "Unravel Conspiracy" option where you or your spymaster can investigate the "Mysterious Circumstances" surrounding a character's death and try to identify the killer and/or uncover their motive.

My experience has me believe they will release it mid December too. Except that they will take off for the holidays leaving us delicious bugs that force us to roll back our game.

I think HoI team wants to release their DLC mid december. Two DLCs at the same time sounds like suboptimal decision, so I would guess CK will get DLC in first three months of 2017.
