kon should be able to play kiev eitherway leaving 3 countrys open that needs to be filled and would suck if we quit game cause hg disapeared and 2 quit

I used them for such a purpose on 2 occasions, and also spammed them all around my coast (still some off the coast of wes africa), followed leon's fleet with them, and used them to obstruct its path. I've had pirates used against me to block movement and prevent unloading in every game I've ever played as a naval nation (most recently in IE3) and never complained about it, nor heard complaints from others. Didn't affect the outcome of the war either way - pirates didn't invade Iberia.

Cya all next week, hope you got some time under your belt. Just spent time away, needed it was starting to go mental with the kids. Still no sign of HG, and I was wrong about his uberness.. Apparently in this game Germany and USA are all quite powerful, their players have really used politics, and played superbly
