I was wondering if someone out there could shed some explanation if the Wrath of the Old Gods message pop-up is hard coded or soft coded. I have been lurking all over my mods file to see if I can pin point the culprit. The freaking message keep popping nearly every months and it is driven me insane!
I am currently using the HIP mod and supporting mods as well but I can't find the message script nor its location on the localization folders.
