Oh how my fingers ache to type such a word knowing that it and my thread are betrothed. But my shoulders shall not sag weighted with this burden I must not bow my head in dishonor for I know that this slander this shame is not my property. Yet my cheek is red and I still feel the sting of leather on my face. This imposition will have to be handled unshared. This is not the year 2003. I have no legal rights no innocence till proven guilty no counselor to aide and toil exonerating my name. There is a positive note in all this. Like a bright star in the dark of night, a guilding light a beacon of comfort like the pharos in days of old. Yes, for I am now the sole owner of Casus Belli. This war will not soil the land with my blood nor will I send my soldiers to a foreign nation. This bluster is not a swaggering show of false courage. When I first read of this expression of opposition what first came to my mind was "form letter"! A common practice of operation of big businesses too busy to individually deal solely on a person to person basis. One that will develope into a relationship that provides the foundation of..of......ahhhhh....who the hell knows. Christ I don't have all the answers!!! Fill that one in yourselves. Hell I'm sweating bullets here, under the gun...no the time frame is wrong...head on the block, yes, that is more appropriate. I must keep harmony, compatibility in opinions and actions if I am to win you over. Hot damn I'm revealing my stratergy, giving away the plot. The form letter bullshit....oops...sorry I mean allegation. Now we all have received, absolutely no choice in the matter, forced upon us a form letter or two at one time or another. A most popular version "You've Won A Million Dollars if you send us....". Sure...we're all familiar with that one. Its purpose is to reel you into spending money, making you lighter on you feet so to speak. Now my thread did not in any way take advantage, put me in a favorable position to gain...render leverage for profit of money or material. That's one for the side of justice.
Now for the finale, the concluding part of my defense. The best saved for last...the closing of the curtain. A form letter has one glaring feature that dazzles the reader, shining its harsh uncomfortably brilliant light showing off its radically distinctive commonness, applying to anyone and everyone to anything and everything. Yes! My judges and jury my evaluators and critics a form letter is not unique whereas my thread....my joke has a specific application. One that will malfunction when applied to anyone and anything.
