A rather stupid and unneccesary question about preordering

The Europa Universalis IV preorder sure looks like a good deal! However there's some information that isn't there on the steam page and this has left me a bit confused. That's why I want to make sure that:

If i preorder the digital extreme version for ~40 euros, I will get EU4, CK2, and all EU4 expansions? Because that is how I've understood it.
I just want to make sure. It would truly suck if I wouldn't be getting what i was expecting.

Sorry for taking everyone's time with this question, but once again, I really want to be sure.

Yes. If you preorder the Digital Extreme version, you will EU4, free vanilla CK2 copy, CK2-EUIV convertor & all the pre-order bonuses (not expansions, they aren't even out yet)

I believe you get Star & Crescent, Conquest of Constantinople & Horsemen of the Crescent, besides CK2 & the converter.

You will not get future expansions to EU4...

Expansions are not included. The DLC on that page is included, but future DLC isn't.

Some DLC is NOT included, Winged Hussars Unit Pack DLC & National Monuments DLC for example but it is the most complete version of the game you can buy. Like 99.9% of the full game.

I thought you get all the bonus DLCs, CK2 and converter with the exception of "Star & Crescent, Conquest of Constantinople & Horsemen of the Crescent" if you preorder the normal version.
