So as far as I know aslong as you and your subjects own the entire world you get the achievement, but what if your subjects have subjects? I'm playing as HRE emperor with HRE-vassals. Brabantian Mexico will be my subject in 1 second through the last imperial reform, but I also have Britain under me in a union which is why I'm asking, need to know whether or not I have to integrate him (he has colonies too). So what's the deal?
Also while I'm at it, can I just make a bunch of client states vassals in HRE provinces and get the 75 achievement "Voltaire's Nightmare" or whatever?
