I haven't seen this question pop up anywhere.

I recently found some good WWII posters I want to replace in the Nation selection screen. Is there any way I can modify or replace the WWII posters?

The posters are in \Hearts of Iron\scenarios\data

directory.

They are BMPs. Look at the graphic size and bit depth, and scan an image to conform to that.

I'm also fairly sure if you name your scan to the country tag.bmp the game will use that bmp and not the default nike statue.

such as if you wanted to add one for Afghanistan you would scan your bmp, then name it :

propaganda_AFG.bmp

then stick it in that directory and voila.
