A question regarding the teutonic order

ok i have been searching through the forums for two days now with no luck at finding my answer so here's what i would like to know...keep in mind that all these questions are regarding the teutonic order so that i can enjoy playing as them more...this is what i hope to make the teutonic gameplay resemble as closely as possible http://www.imperialteutonicorder.com/id16.html once i learn the modding aspect much better...but for now is it possible to make it so i can create titles when acquiring the appropriate lands? if so, how?

To create duchy, you must own at least half of its lands, and have some coin.

And i belive to play as teutonic order, you could alter the game files. It is quite easy. Just remember to backup your files. And sorry for spamming this thread.

Ok to try to make things a little clearer, i know what is necessary for creating titles and how to do it in game but what i don't know is what files i need to edit and what specifically i need to edit in those files so the teutonic order can do it...as it stands they aren't allowed to create new titles...so i am asking how to make it so they can...and as for playing as them i do know how to edit the save files to play as them and to use the cheat but that's not what i'm aiming for in the long run...i am wanting to know how to make them appear as a playable faction at the time they were historically created...i tried doing it via creating a new faction but then at 1225 i ended up with two teutonic orders...thats not gonna work so i just need to figure out what all i need to edit to make the existing teutonic order show as playable at the specific time i'm aiming for...all help is much appreciated...and imo there aren't enough tutorials written by the ones with the knowledge so as to help those that haven't acquired the knowledge yet accomplish these things without asking a million questions...just sayin

Republics and theocracies are not playable (except of some cheating). So to play Teutonic Order from the beginning (as that's what you want), it needs to stop being the holy order and changed into the standard title.

I have figured out how to make them playable without cheating and keep them as a holy order...screenshots provided...i also had it figured out how to allow them to create titles as well and it worked the first couple times i tested it then i went and made some more changes and it isn't allowing title creation again...and i dont remember what it was i did to allow it to happen...i'm retracing my steps tommorowto figure it out and once i remember exactly what it was i'll post the results...
