I seem to recall that one of the ministers available in Hearts of Iron II (perhaps he was in III as well but I'm not sure) was John Frederick Charles Fuller (J.F.C. Fuller) and so I am just wondering whether he will exist as a general or minister (theorist, most probably) for Britain, as although retired by 1936 he did continue to write about armored warfare and contribute towards military strategy. He didn't die until the 1960s so there is no reason he couldn't be pulled out of retirement (as was the case with several other British generals).
I think Fuller would be a good choice of theorist for the Mobile Warfare Doctrine, and he could perhaps also be tied to a fascist Britain somehow. I suppose that depends on whether certain ministers have faction-specific requirements.
What do you guys think? I know it's not a big deal, but in another thread someone mentioned Blitzkrieg theorists and I thought that Fuller would be an interesting choice for if the player (or AI) wanted to switch to the Mobile Warfare Doctrine.
