So did Paradox get the PC game rights when they bought White Wolf or does Activision still have the game rights to "Vampre the Masquerade pc games?

I know paradox does not do 3/1st person shooter RPG's, but if they got the game rights in the White Wolf purchase i cannot imagine why they would not let another studio make a new one. I was sure that Paradox would have announced a new vampire PC game by now.
