So, i'm a little confused about something I found while browsing the forums.

You all know about the "Mega-Engineering" rare tech, but has anyone stopped and looked at the code for it? I understand that having any megastructure increases the weight of the tech by x20, but while looking at that set of code...

It referenced something I have never heard of before. I assumed at first I simply misunderstood something, as the code I looked at was potentially modded, but I can find anything anywhere.

So, long story short, has anyone ever heard of "The Groik Nexus?" Apparently it counts as a megastructure, but I haven't seen anything about it.

I know we haven't had the expansion for long, but certainly someone somewhere knows something... right?

I got it in my last game, basically after a regular Nexus was built there is a chance of event spawning, which gives you a Groik scientist. He basically gives away his brain to the Nexus, making it more powerful (adding 5 rp in each category) and renaming it. There were other options, but I only checked one.

Thank you very much. That explains something else I had been wanting to ask about as well.
